Criteria
Our structure allows us to be very
flexible in the criteria we use to evaluate companies. Because
of this, we can broaden our scope when approaching each
opportunity and assess each investment according to its own
merits. It also allows us to stretch to pursue more story-type
deals off the radar screens of many private equity funds. A good
example of this is our last platform investment, which had a
customer concentration of over 40% at the date of closing. View our

Structure
We work with the seller to structure
a deal to fit the needs of the company and provide a smooth
transition. We can provide equity and/or mezzanine financing
depending upon the situation. We can work from a control
position or shared control position with other private equity
partners.
Funding
Our financing flexibility allows us
to purchase portfolio companies on a stand alone basis or
combine our capital with that of management and third party
private equity sources. We anticipate financing the future
growth of our platform companies, whether it is for initiatives
such as building a new facility, expanding product lines,
developing new markets or add-on acquisitions. We accomplish
this funding through the public market place (IPO, etc.) as well

Support
We provide flexibility for a smooth
transition with autonomy for managers while providing continuous
support for the management team with corporate, strategic and
financial planning, usually on a Board Level.
